Who's girlieboy please?? I hope you haven't included us in the cherry picking teams, we've only signed our own assets so far Schumi's right - was referring to Puk. And nope, wasn't including Ippo in that rant. They seem to do things nice and quiet and just get on with it.

According to scribes on the BSF, Poole have announced Davey Watt and Zbigniew Suchecki in their team for 2008.

I can see this pushing squirlie over the edge. Lost in Dorset - The Plot..........can anyone with any information as to it's whereabouts please contact the Speedway Office, Wimborne Road, Poole, Dorset.........no reward is offered. Seriously though, you have to tip your hat to Young Matthew for making serious sacrifices with his team, for the long term betterment of British Speedway!!!

Actually Kev, I'm quite happy with the team as it's shaping up. I wasn't happy with signing Adam, but people have persuaded me that I might've been a bit premature making a judgement, so i'm holding off on that now. Nope, this squirrel is a happy chappy at the moment. ;D As for Matt, reckon he's gone beyond what was needed for the sport in 2008. He'd better get ruthless for us now he's done his bit for everyone else.

Depends how seriously Skornicki is taking the EL next year . Someone associated with Belle Vue told me that last season he had his best machinery in Poland , his second best in Sweden and his shite over here . BV had no intention of inviting him back in 2008 . So i hope for Poole's sake his attitude has changed .

Well Matt has a rider in mind who he can't now fit in with our latest signings. May well be that if Adam doesn't do the bizz he'll be off smartish and that rider gets a chance if not signed elsewhere.
On the other hand perhaps that set-up reflected how he felt at BV...

And Poole complete their 1-7 with Craig Watson - a poor signing by the Pirates, to be brutally honest.

Looks like Watson won't be included after all - seems the BSPA made an error with his average and he's not on 3 points.

Tis sad but true. As ever some of the sad tossers who delight in anything unfortunate affecting Poole are off on a mission on BSF but it seems the cock-up was originally made on the ratified greensheets with Craig given a 3.0 average. No wonder so many clubs were after the bloke in the first place! I'm surprised Matt didn't pick it up but there you go, he's well aware of it now so we watch and wait.
Can't say I really care who gets the last place. It's only likely to be someone who's going to pick up the odd point on that sort of average so I'd recommend just getting the first guy to show interest.

I really think Skornicki is a problem - the Weirdity is a superior rider to Skornicki and would've allowed more room for manoeuvre at the bottom end. The "blue groove" would've suited the Weirdity down to the ground.
