LOL... methinks we're looking at a system of finishing the A fixtures, then splitting the league into 2 groups of 5 , then either having top 5 playing for the play-off final (like in Aussie Rules) and the bottom fighting it out not to get relegated (which seems a bit dull) OR you make it like the SGP semi's with table toppers in the weakest group and second top in the other with the two top teams in each group then making the play off semis.
Actually, as a complete stats muppet, I quite like the idea ;D
