So it is totally official that Cov and Peterboro are back? There's a lot about it on the BSF (although I couldn't be bothered to read much of the crap on there), but nowt on the BSPA website.

How unprofessional I think that sums up the whole sorry affair !!! I don't think unprofessional does it justice frankly! Coventry site is now back up with just an entry page saying that there will be an important announcement on the afternoon of 15th March! Both clubs have had days to sort this out, after all the cloak and dagger of 'ooh we'll have something important to say next week', they can't even get the bloody announcement up officially! In any commercial environment, being so completely inept would cost someone their job. Peterborough were organised enough to get Nicki down to the Showground today to pose for photos but they can't be bothered to sort out proper communication with the people they expect to pay his wages! What a way to treat your fans!  |

Too low down the chain to worry about them too much munners I'm sure they are certain that they will flock back in their thousands as if nothing has happened Appalling way to treat there loyal fans, and the fans of their opponents quite frankly, and now it appears by finally including them in this year's league, your fixtures are now going to be cut similarly to our PL set up, ie all A fixtures v all teams, but not all B fixtures |

Worked late last night and had no access to the internet. I had expected there to be some announcement somewhere but, alas, no. The pervading sense of idiocy continues with club websites down, Sky announcing nothing and the BSPA updating nothing. The only site with anything appears to the GB one and even that is pretty spartan.
Badger - What makes yo think the fixtures will be cut? Just what NP has said or is it (or actually anything) official anywhere else?

Pip Well nothing official yet, but rumblings that Jon Cook has worked out a formula now of 5 home and away x 2, and 4 home and away x 1. Will be interesting how they work out who gets to meet twice home and away and who only meets once home and away.....can see it now all clubs wanting to race KL and Brum twice and no-one wanting to ride Poole, Cov and Peterboro more than once lol!!! |
