I nominate the BSPA and, more especially, its management committee for, apparently, sanctioning Poole's re-declared team that includes Hans Andersen. Seconded

Don't agree. Don't like Poole but I want to see Hans riding.

I would like to nominate the Global Superstar himself. I just had hysterics when he didn't get through to the Final tonight, and I know I wasn't the only one sniggering..... ;D
EDIT: I should make it clear that he is being nominated for being a completley useless tosser who is (to quote a friend) "Dead wood".

The icing on the cake will be if he tries to get back into British Speedway and there are no takers............oh, that would be so good to see!!

Seriously though, that guy has got serious problems with confidence and bad taste in his spanner team (Tatum/Havelock FFS) I expect that they - and Middlo who also graced the global superstar's team in at least one GP - have one outstanding qualification for the job and that is that they'll pander to the global superstar's vision of himself as a titan of the sport.

I nominate Birmingham speedway for calling off their match after a wee shower.

I nominate Birmingham speedway for calling off their match after a wee shower. Just Golem Drury's latest wheeze to avoid losing at home - if they don't race, they don't lose.

Hmmm, no actually it was an arguable decision, some saw it your way and some saw it my way. The ref made her decision, it didn't go your way, hard luck, but that's sport. I'd say Cookie was more worthy, and is probably cringing as he watches back the coverage. I can't believe I am agreeing with genghis but I also nominate Jon "bully boy" Cook. Dummies and toys everywhere and soooooo bloody rude too. A right flapperjack

He did a "Rosco", letting his passion get the better of him, and thus ending up looking rather foolish.

Seems this season it's the team managers who are coming across as prize prats when the Sky cameras are in the pits .
