I was watching on my own last night but called Hayley over when Mear got excluded because I knew it would be comedy value once Cook got on the phone. He didn't let me down, in fact he excelled himself. The man is a complete twat and I'm surprised the Lakeside fans don't feel embarassed by him. He gets my nomination.

Sube's nomination certainly gets my support.....that was a howler from Turnbell.......truely worth the Flapperjack award!! And, of course you're not biased Kev. Poor old Christina didn't deserve that ear bashing, and for what its worth I thought it was the correct decision. As for me being biased, all I'll say is Mike Smillie.... ;D

I'll support any nomination for Poole & their average fixing tactics, and Cook for again showing himself up to be a knob.

Just a small aside with a non-speedway nomination. Kyle Lafferty, please stand up. Dirty cheating hun Watch the footage and make your mind up. news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/rangers/8054856.stmFingers crossed Dundee Utd celebrate their centenary with a welcome return to Europe by taking a point on Sunday and give the wee ginger one a nice way to go out (assuming the misfiring Celts can manage to beat the wee huns). Having had my nomination awarded last week I feel like I'm on a roll so can I nominate the Poole promotion for bending more rules than the whole house of commons put together? If they get to use Andersen after numerous 'poor' performances, mystery engine failures and dodgy sick certs then they fully deserve the award! Plus it shows them up for a bunch of hypocrytes as after the infamous World cup matter they swore he'd nerver ride for Poole ever!

The man is a complete star and I'm surprised the Lakeside fans don't want him knighted. He gets my nomination for the Mutts nuts award. Wrong thread LW

Yes, indeed, what was it the blessed Middlo said after that infamous night? Ah yes: And: Taken from: www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=11853&st=0&start=0But I guess British speedway's most celebrated "yes man" will swallow his pride and welcome back Andersen on the orders of Matt Ford.

I nominate the BSPA and, more especially, its management committee for, apparently, sanctioning Poole's re-declared team that includes Hans Andersen. I did expect that CVS would have to pay a price for gaining the services of Chris Kerr and it seems allowing Poole to have Andersen in dubious circumstances is that price. What a fool CVS now looks. Chris Kerr can hardly stay on his bike for four laps; he wasn't worth the candle.

I have to again nominate Max Mosely for his comments today:
FIA President Max Mosley has accused Ferrari of putting their own interests above that of Formula One.
"No competitor should place their interests above those of the sport in which they compete."
I guess it only applies to governing bodies and whip-wielding hypocrites then.
