So after Jarek Hampel being rightfully picked by Paulco for becoming the latest rider to treat British Speedway as a joke, we move onto a new week.
I'm not sure who hasn't picked recently - Schumi have you picked the FOTW so far this year? If not, would you like to pick the winner on Saturday?

I would like to nominate Franchetti (not even sure of his first name, he's absent so often), who is missing his second successive home meeting at Berwick this Saturday to ride in the...er... European Pairs Championship, whatever the bloody hell that is.

Having had my nomination awarded last week I feel like I'm on a roll so can I nominate the Poole promotion for bending more rules than the whole house of commons put together? If they get to use Andersen after numerous 'poor' performances, mystery engine failures and dodgy sick certs then they fully deserve the award!

A worthy nomination, on the face of it, lupus. But I'd like to nominate the heathen Christina Turnbull for becoming the latest referee to make a howler on television. These golems and golemesses seem intent on outlawing inside passes on the entrance to turns - all a rider who leaves a huge gap has to do is go down and get a re-run with the other guy excluded. It's shameful.

It's shameful. I'll second Lupus' nomination regarding Poole, and also nominate Jon Cook for his disgusting attitude towards the ref last night, truly a knob

Sube's nomination certainly gets my support.....that was a howler from Turnbell.......truely worth the Flapperjack award!!

Hmmm, no actually it was an arguable decision, some saw it your way and some saw it my way. The ref made her decision, it didn't go your way, hard luck, but that's sport. I'd say Cookie was more worthy, and is probably cringing as he watches back the coverage.
