BV announce their No 8: Josh Grajczonek I guess it's not such a big surprise, with Belle Vue and Glasgow sharing a director. Last season Belle Vue had Robert "EL Bobby" Ksiezak as their No 8, this year Grajczonek.

Cant see the " trainee Messiah " getting too many run-outs , as he is nowhere near ready for EL racing - still got a bit to learn from the master first .

Unless we get the same scenario as last season where one of our reserves is injured and the management piss about for months on end waiting for him to recover only to be replaced with possibly 2 of the worst reserves the Elite League has ever seen.......that is no disrespect to Boxall who himself was pissed about by surgeons.

But Boxall is getting to double -up , which could be inconvenient as Newcastle have some Monday night home meetings . But at least the extra action will help build up his fitness . By the way , i'm already looking forward to my first ever vist to Kirky Lane on March 30th .

Could be a good move for the Aces . He might be Mr Invisible for the Monarchs , but a Monday track should be ok for him .

BV have a young squad of riders there with alot of potential, I'd be happy with that line up if I were BV fan. They'll be spoilers on more than one occasions this season, I place them as the dark horse of the 2009 EL. Good luck Aces, I'll be keeping an eye out for their results each week (or fortnight being they're EL )

For once they seem to be getting it right.....or at least going in the right direction. Welcome aboard THJ. SilverBee will be mightily pissed off now.....Ha Ha. Paulco.....I will see you down Kirky Lane on the 30th. Bring plenty of money as it's about £3.50 for a pint.

On a lot of weeks Thomas will be racing in Poland on a Sunday evening and then back in Sweden on a Tuesday night...so unless he has a really good support team here, Monday nights might not be very good for him!

I'm in accord with henryw on this one. Jonasson will be stretched with his pre-existing commitments, without loading additional commitments on top. I'm guessing that at some stage something will give.

Why do i get a feeling that when it does "give" its Edinburgh that is going to feel the brunt of it. usually is our luck.

In the grand scheme of things Snyper it probably will be Edinburgh who'll feel the brunt of it. In the UK scheme of things it will be us who feel it as THJ's Premier League commitments take priority over his Elite League commitments. Chris Morton has said that Thomas can and has agreed to do the fixtures Steve can't so that would indicate to me Thomas will be used primarily away from Kirky Lane. I guess time will tell.

I was just about to comment, but HenryW's post says everything I wanted to.
