Well old Lord Flapperjack himself did always say the Panthers would be in the play-offs at the end of the season. Be a change for one of his promises to actually come true. ;D hahaha indeed he did.. ;D He said after July we wouldn't lose another Elite League away fixture .. he got confused bless him! he actually mean't to say "we wouldn't win another Elite League away fixture"

So the finals will be contested as follows:
06.10.08..Lakeside v Poole 13.10.08..Poole v Lakeside
Much as my heart wants the Hammers to win, I've no doubt they're the underdogs. Either way, its a fantastic achievement from both sides to make it this far. May the best team win.

So who did put that injury curse on the pesky 'Ammers then, surely 5 years is enough already Yet more bad luck, but I reckon they can rise above it.

Does anyone really think this (relegation) is going to happen though? Errr nope. No PL team will defeat an EL team over two legs.

Exactly. There's just no point in it, other than adding on a couple more fixtures at the end of the season.

And even by some strange quirk of fate they did, would the PL team want to go up. If they did does anyone honestly think the EL would not take the chance to up their numbers?
