I'll wait and find out what the official reasoning given is. Practise for the German Junior Championships, possibly.

I reckon that JDC realised running a double-header with Dilger wasn't a viable option - running repairs to the fence after another pathetic cornering effort from the hapless German would've eaten up too much time.

We really have had some pathetic foreign riders in Scotland this season . A worse trio than Juul , Tornqvist and Dilger would be hard to imagine .

The excuses, sorry, reasons given by the chief ranter was that Dilger has been getting treatment all week for a back injury sustained last Sat night v Somerset and Woelbert suffered an attack of vomiting at the Airport and was unable to travel. I think the fact that they were both missing and replaced by Lawson and r/r probably had little effect on the meeting results. Dilgers absence seemed genuine given that I expect he will get the boot after 12 matches and a 3 average, Woelbert - who knows? It may well be that Tully will be fit to return next week and then Kevin (signed as a temporary injury replacement) will drop out - hopefully to return to the Monarchs next year on a 7.00 ave

They're not fit or well enough to ride for Edinburgh, but who would bet against them both making miraculous recoveries to compete in Germany tomorrow.

Are these the same powers of miraculous recoveries that you were advocating of Adrian Rymel last weekend - seems pretty much exactly the same situation to me. If you're gonna have a pop (which you can't seem to resist at the moment), at least have some consistency with your arguments. What do you make of the Conda situation then ? Rico

What do you make of the Conda situation then ? Another piss-taker who should be kicked into touch. But at least the Glasgow promotion don't go onto the centre green and rant about missing riders from other teams, in the same way the hypocritical JDC did

I'd suggest it's not the rider - his contract originally was with his Polish club. I'm sure that Glasgow were well aware of what their rider was up to last weekend. And I'm guessing that's a concession on your front that your pish last weekend was nonsense re Rymel. But are you up for actually admitting it ? At the end of the day, the rules are bollocks. Time for someone with big cahoonas to reclaim some credibility in the sport. Rico

However, that got overtaken by JDC's ridiculous rant - why blast other tracks and riders for something you regulary do yourself? Edinburgh with THJ have arguably been the worst culprits of all in the last couple of seasons. But yes I agree the rules are bollocks. About time they were tightened up and we got rid of all this foreign junk, who take the piss, cluttering up our second division.

Genghis, would there be any speedway worth watching in the Pl without the "foreign junk" ? Also I'd imagine Rymel and Franc have missed as many if not more meetings than THJ over the years. What we need is fixture ageements between all speedway nations but that is as likely as Subedei returning to the BSF

Franc wasn't that bad, until this season. I can't immediately recall him missing too many meetings in recent season when he was a Diamond. But he has missed too many this season. And Rymel missed far too many last season.
