Yes sub they should be capable of riding all tracks but i dont feel it should be the same one time and time again.
Where would you suggest they take the GB GP? Wembley?

Goodwin was a hard rider , but could also be a dirty bastard . He had David Walsh in the fence at Shawfield one night , that's why he wasn't loved in Glasgow . I don't think he was well liked in "Auld Reekie" either - you see, some common ground with the Monarchs. Personally, I thought he was a super little rider.

I personally am indifferent to where they host the British Grand Prix. They could host it in the field next to my house and I probably wouldn't attend, since it would be a temporary track and - as such - an abortion.

So are you in favour of a EL track being used?

Wembley would have exactly the same problems as Cardiff. Let's face us, most of us go to Cardiff for the company, the atmosphere and to get rat-arsed. The actual speedway is shite. The speedway for the connoisseur occurs the previous night at Somerset.

But how many actually want to stage these events? Not many and that is why we end up with the events at the same venues

So if the speedway in GPs is so bad how can it be improved? is it just the temp tracks that you fined poor or the GPs in general? would you like to see temp tracks lay earlier to help them set or just scrap them altogether. I think going to a place like Cardiff where the roof is closed and the noise is amplified creating an awesome atmosphere is what keeps people going back. Im guessing that if it was hosted on a perm track ie an EL track the numbers attending would plummet.

Putting the PL events on EL tracks just doesn't work . Been tried and failed too many times . Best left to the tracks that do them best . Plus the fact that the last time it was held at a neutral venue Berwick won it and on national TV deary me, that didn't go down well with the powers that be ;D

Oh well we are all in agreement that until the promoters have there powers taken away it will always be rigged to suit certain teams

I only go to Cardiff because who I know go to it , great weekend but the speedway is absolutely shocking I enjoyed the Reading v Somerset match the day after Cardiff last year more than the GP. It is like watching mini scaletrix, which is why I shall be going to Bydgosz later in the year

WJM you sure you want to go to Bydgoszcz? i can tell you the winner already lol It's usually the best racing of the GP season and much of that is down to being able to watch the great Tomasz Gollob showing his total mastery of the Bydgoszcz track.

No see thats what i find boring when you go to a meeting and before they even warm up there engines you know who will win.
Zonkers your one liners aint witty, you should think about dropping the silly grudges and getting over it.
