And before you start genghis, like you I am entitled to my opinion of Johnno Badge, yes you're entitled to your opinion of Johno (please note there's only "n" in Johno ), however wrong it may be. Naw that's how we Witches fans spell it Rob, 2 'N's , cos one of them is from his law nmower that he regularly rode last season, with the broken seat.

The Coventry Telegraph is reporting that Ricky Wells will conclude a deal to become Coventry's #7 over the weekend.

Badge - when the Witches are occupying the bottom half of the league this season, you'll wish that you still had "Captain Fantastic" Johno in the side.

But it was Johno who got the best out of Schlein, who remember was riding like an old woman at Coventry before his move to be at the side of "Captain Fantastic". And Ipswich started last season awfully, until poor Chris Louis got injured and Johno took over. At that moment, the Ipswich season was transformed.

Genghis, i do like what Subedei would call Western Australia's 'lesser Johnno' and he is an ok rider, but only those who view life through DSML glasses would ever choose Steve over Rory.

Now then, let's shut out all this Ippo baloney & talk about our latest acquisition, the Ivan Mauger mentored Ricky Wells. This kid sure is one for the future & the Bees snap up the good 'uns once again . Admittedly PL would have been the ideal start but this talented youngster is a very quick learner, contrary to the not so affable Mr Shovlar's veiws that he's only seen the smaller tracks in the U.S, Ricky has pitted himself well at Rye & in Sweden & Germany. Keep an eye on this lad, he's something special, Mr Mauger obviously thinks so too.

Correct Genghis, if that is what you want to believe then you carry on mate. Johnno is the most disorganised rider I have ever seen, half the time he has no mechanic, can't tell you how many times the seat (breaking) on his bike was used as an excuse for poor performance, and him and Rory best not go there!!!! However I will grant you he is a better Captain than Loobie, at least when Johnno is crap on the track, he is so thick skinned about it, he can still laugh and joke in the pits, and bollock others , whereas Loobie tended to take his poor performances to heart and sulk a bit No sorry I never wanted Johnno in our 2008, and nothing he said or did throughout the season made me change my mind TBH, our excellent pits was due to Swidders and Schrammy and Tobi.

ARRRRGGGHHH, THIS IS A BEES 2009 THREAD. Calm down Booey, quite frankly, it's taken sooooo long for your team to be announced we've moved on to other things . Anyway it is slightly Coventry based, we are talking about an ex-Bee

In all honesty the team has been sorted for ages it's all the damned red tape that has taken so long, & still no news on the date of arbitration, beggars belief.

Anyway it is slightly Coventry based, we are talking about an ex-Bee Badge - so, just to annoy Booeyboy surely Johno must have had his fans at Ippo last year, even if you personally weren't keen on him. After all, he's a 100% trier, who still puts this riding in this country first, and there aren't many like that left these days.

ARRRRGGGHHH, THIS IS A BEES 2009 THREAD. This the Weird World Booey, the thread may have started off as a Coventry thread, but it will end up where it ends up. Your clubs treatment of the British number one began the catalogue of shaftings resulting in his exile from these shores, so maybe the less bees talk the better.
