Well, I be blowed. Who would have guessed it? Congratulations Jim. Also, congratulations to Mark Loram. That young man needs to have an input in the sport in this country one way or another. (Who coincidently, is the subject of my latest art project and he is depicted in Ippo colours too.) That will be a very popular choice Jim ;D Sorry to go off topic here, but I have almost finished the original painting of Mark now and a title for it will be: 'Speedway's Racer', but if I do decide to turn it into a limited edition print, which is an option, I guess I will be relying on the Ippo fans more than any others, to buy it then badge. ;D I'll post a completed example of it sometime next week on its own thread.

Don't think you will have a problem marketing any prints with the Ippo fans Jim, think Mark is even more popular than Loobie at Foxhall

That appears to be a list of riders entered into the qualifying process for the 2009 Grands Prix. I notice immediately that the former and current British champions again believe qualifying is beneath their status as princes of British speedway.

Well, clearly one is Rosco, and many people are tipping Rob Lyon of Kings Lynn as the other, but what price would you give for the Golem Swales being in the hunt?

Well Chris Louis was asked last year to take it on, perhaps he has re-considered now it's looking unlikely he will ride again

Personally I hope Rosco gets it. No-one can think we seriously have a chance of winning, so anyone who can inject a bit of humour and entertainment gets my vote.
