Awful news, so sad. St Clare is just down the road from me and they helped so much when my Uncle was ill. He was able to be cared for at home - something which my Aunt was determined to do - mainly as a result of the help and assistance from the wonderful folks at St Clare. I'll not be donating via the link as we're regular supporters of the hospice anyway. I will however be praying in my own way for the end to be as peaceful and dignified for Sarah as she would hope, and as bearable for Sean as is possible in the circumstances.  |

From what people, on here and the BSF, are saying Sarah, Sean and family are special, and it seems that Sarah is so special she is needed elsewhere. Sending my best wishes to Sarah, Sean and those 3 little children, and I just wish there was something more I could do. |

Shazzybird has just posted on the BSF, she has received a text from Sean, simply saying
"Sarah Anne Louise Wilkinson 19/12/78 - 30/01/08 8pm rip my angel xxx"
I really don't know what to say, I am in floods here as I knew both Sarah and Sean .... Sarah was one of those people who would take someone like me, who was unsure of herself and lacking in confidence under her wing. She provided my family with a wonderful afternoon at Sittingbourne a fair few years back, getting the family a pass into the pits where the boys could sit on the bikes and have photos taken...nothing was too much trouble.

I'm in complete shock here, although expected it still hits as hard.I got the same text at 8.16 from Sean and was agonising over whether to post or not.
RIP Sarah, the world is a sadder place without you.

Sad news . I never met the family , but they seem to be well loved among forum members . Rest in peace Sarah .

Very sad, not frequenting forums or too many meetings anymore I've not had the pleasure of speaking with Sean or Sarah but just from the love and best wishes on here and BSF you pick up how popular and well thought of they are.
Really makes you reflect on things, and at such a young age with a young family it is a tragic loss
