Just for fun, because we all need some fun in our lives:
1. I was born in the 50s and won my first race in Monaco, though I never won the world championship. Who am I? 2. Who were the two BAR drivers who both had spectacular accidents at Eau Rouge, Spa? 3. And what was the year? 4. When did Mika Hakkinen win his first world championship? 5. In which year did Fangio announce his retirement? 6. How many GPs did Michael Schumacher win in 2004? 7. At which track did Ayrton Senna make his debut? 8. How many races did Mario Andretti win throughout his career? 9. What nationality was Jacky Ickx? 10. Who was Gerhard Berger's teammate in 1989, and which team did they drive for?

Schumi, Off the top of my head, because it would be cheating to look 'em up: 1. Oliver Panis??? 2. Villeneuve and ?? (Button) 3. I dunno... 2001? (Who cares about the BARs - they were shite anyway!!! ;D ) 4. 1998 5. 1958 6. A rather lucky 13!! 7. Wherever the first race of 1984 was!! - Brazil?? 8. Probably about 12 (he won 6 in his championship year of 1978) 9. Belgium 10. Nigel "The Legend", Mansell, Ferrari. It was the year Berger nearly burnt to death at Imola - a moment forever etched on my mind. Maybe I should go and look a few up!! One for you Schumi.... how many different drivers won races in 1982... come on, without looking!! All the best Rob

Oh dear. Schumi your in deep sh*te now. Wait until DK comes on a bit later... ;D I am sure, he will be gentle with you though. ;D The guy behind is perhaps the most significant person in F1 ever. I'll let Ian take it up from here...

Rob it would have to be a guess - 12? And Jim, is the one on the left Piquet? Tut Bloody tut! The guy on the left in the foreground is Mario Andretti, on the right is Spurs and Argentina international Osvaldo Ardilles. However, in the background is Super Mario's boss, the design genius and founder of Lotus, Colin 'Chunky' Chapman.

I guess I must have my dunce hat on tonight. I can't seem to get anything right. Anyway Rob you got 7 right, including two half marks. Had you read the last question properly you might have got an extra half.

Had you read the last question properly you might have got an extra half. Never mind, you were as close as makes no odds with the 1982 winners, it was 11. Shit year for Ferrari that one, plus it probably threw up the most surprising statistic in modern F1.....................

I guess I must have my dunce hat on tonight. I can't seem to get anything right. Anyway Rob you got 7 right, including two half marks. Had you read the last question properly you might have got an extra half. Schumi, That's not bad - as it came off the top of my head - of course, Mansell and Berger drove for Ferrari, I was too busy recalling Berger's horrible accident to read the question properly As DonsKing has mentioned the number of winners in 1982 was 11, 5 drivers won 2 races and 6 drivers won 1 race, including the eventual champion Keke Rosberg. It was the first year I started to take interest in F1, although things really took off the following year, with the fascinating three-way battle between Prost, Piquet and Arnoux at the conclusion of the season. So you got 0 out of 1 ;D ;D All the best Rob

Not taking up my challenge then Rob? Donsking, I'm mulling it over. 1982 was an unique season in so many ways - so there are a number of possible answers. It could be that Rosberg won that year's championship scoring just 44 points from 16 races. All the best Rob
