3 EL promotors rule on PL.
All said promotors to have no official connections with a team in the opposite league and all votes to be secret.....i.e. Y or N on a piece of paper.
What's wrong with that?

This might be a silly question but what role do the SCB have to play in this? I'm not up with the correct management structure but could they not have stepped in and smoothed this over?
