This is the Sky meeting, I gather? Should be reasonably good and I'd quite fancy the Pirates to take the bonus point. Andersen was extremely poor in Poland yesterday, scoring just four points, but that's the Ekstraliga, which is a step up from the Elite League. I'll be cheering on Piotr Swist - he has the air of weirdness about him.

Sure there's going to be mixed opinion on this, but I think the ref got it right with Iversen and Crump. Just hope that Niels is okay.

Can't argue with that, though someone should mention to Rich Hall he's not made of rubber.

Hans' problem is that he thinks his little grasstrack excursions are helping, when in fact, it seems to be slowing him down. Have to say I was starting to dislike him after his smug interview about Nicki where he was grinning like a Cheshire cat, and looking like he was going to cause trouble with Jason (and I am a fan of Hans and not really of Jason, so I don't say that lightly) but when he gave Crump his arm after the race where his chain came off he redeemed himself somewhat.

What a fantastic meeting, the best sky meeting of the season by far.
Have to say my dad and I thought Crump should have been excluded but it was a tough decision for the ref.
As for Kennett he really is an Eagle, still rubbish on all big tracks.

Really enjoyed that. Not sure the ref was right to call Doyle back early on but he got the NKI exc about right. I called it Crumps fault live but watching the replays it was 50/50 and NKI ended up on the deck so caused it to be stopped. I do think Jonathon Green should go back to his day job as the nodding dog on the Churchill adverts. His nodding knowledgeably when Tatum is talking is not convincing

dodgy 2nd place call though, looked a dead heat to my semi blind, half pissed eyes No, fantastic last couple of bends by Swiderski and he did nick it on the line - fair play to the fellow. The Crump-Iversen incident: I'd have called all four back, just as I supported the all four back call of the referee at the Czech GP in 2004 when Nicki P and Hancock clashed exiting the second turn. And good to see that Kelvin Tatum MBE has changed his tune, since he was almost leading a lynch mob when that happened. Anyway, although I'd have called all 4 back, I was half pleased the referee excluded Iversen, since it meant we got to see the golem Swales in full cry.
