It's a nonsense when you think of it. Clubs cannot ban riders from riding elsewhere only governing bodies can do that as it's them that issue the riders licenses. From what I can make out, the club originally asked their lawyers if they could impose the ban, and they were told yes, because they'd claimed the actions of these riders had ultimately led to the club's demise. Had this played out, I think the PZM would have had to back the club, at least in the case of the Poles, and been able to block the foreigners from riding in Poland. Just glad this all seems to be at an end, and hopefully the riders can move on now.
