Belle Vue have confirmed their leg of this ridiculous play-off will be on Monday 26th October.....let's hope it doesn't get rained off.
Ulrich Ostergaard has also confirmed he'll be fit to resume his place in the team for that meeting too.

And I have heard that Kings Lynn (should they win the PL play off final) and then these meetings, will not be interested in riding EL....so waste of time or what

I would never condone it but I'd love to see Belle Vue throw these 2 meetings (or get hammered in the away leg so it's almost impossible to win it on aggregate) just to see what would happen.

My thoughts exactly too, would be interesting should BV actually lose, and then insist as is their right to take their place in the PL

Judging from the first leg result it seems we'll be venturing oop north to Edinburgh after the Monarchs thrashed the Stars. I forget the score.

And I'm sure you'd agree that is a huge loss to their scoring potential?

Tomas and Kozza I understand to be missing, what is wrong with boy wonder, he was OK to be in Poland giving Jason the bumps tonight Unless of course it was when he slid off on Thursday night to avoid Chris Holder

He might have had a storming season this year, but at 17 I'm afraid he has a long way to go before he is in Emil's class yet, if Thursday night was anything to go by, he needs to be able to ride all tracks and he will only get that by putting in the laps, perhaps that's one thing Leigh Adams will instill in him.

The point of the play offs is about big crowds and makeing money something that Wolves and Edinburgh Did in spades last year . Yet another case of fans not understanding the money side of the sport and the need for it .

That is bizarre in the extreme. Now we know who we're riding against the first leg is at Armadale on Saturday 24th with the return leg at Kirky Lane on Monday 26th. Not quite sure who's guesting for the World Champ but rumour has it that for the home (for BV anyways) leg his replacement will be Sube's new beggar, Chris Harris.

Kev, wasn't there also an instance where one team tracked a rider in the same meeting that their opponents used R/R for him? I think it was going back a bit, so you should know the answer. ;D
