Yep some people do seem a tad power crazed....and the aformentioned mod in particular.....don't say I didn't warn them!!!! He always was pomposity personified. Seemed a decent fella when I met him at the ELRC last year. Shame about the accent though, almost sent me to sleep. Apologies to any Brummies/Midlanders on here but that real deep Cradley accent makes me want to kip.

Blimey, if you went around on here correcting all the bollocks I post, you'd never have time to do anything else. You do actually have a point there Genghis. ;D

All those people on the Rob Woffinden thread on BSF who despite the very sad nature of the thread cannot resist the "I'm in the know" type post by saying "I knew about this weeks ago". Who the hell cares what or who knew and especially on that thread. Small minded egotistical flapperjacks.

Sorry SL...... Personally I only mentioned it as I felt it was relevant as to why I have been so angry at the 'He's an Aussie in disguise' threads....but I do take your point. I apologise!

Not really, becuase I'm not sure who it is who is editing some threads. But someone has a real bee in their bonnet about consectutive posts. What harm does that do? That'll be 21st whatshisface I expect. It seems to have gone from the sublime to the ridiculous on there TBH. I had a post < snipped> because I put "ar$ed He sent me PM saying he'd editted one of my postings about Poole as I'd called Matt Ford "Fat Maud" and/or "Matt Fraud" and that he had corrected them, I went straight to the post and changed them back.....

Oh my nomination - almost forgot - Whoever decided that £25 admission and £5 for a programme is a reasonable price for the GP qualifer at Coventry - the field has 2 more riders than a regular EL meeting (4 if you include the 2 meeting reserves) and the line up is pretty much on par with a EL match (top riders are Hampel, Holder and Harris) yet the price is inflated? I'm not going and even if I had planned to I wouldn't at that price!
I don't know who's decision it was to apply those prices but I think it's outrageous in the current climate!
Sorry for the double post etc etc etc..............infact, no, I'm not sorry AT ALL!!

I would like to nominate Tomasz "Taking The" Piszcz for not riding for Birmingham at Newport today. Hopefully the BSPA will stick to their guns and ban him for a year.

And as he's a Pole, they'll probably have bullied him into riding by threatening him with taking away his license. What's he to do? Edit: Tomasz is a favourite of mine.

According to the rules, it's a one year ban for Piszcz, unless a hasty agreement has been signed between the BSPA and GKSZ.

Schumi - if he's in hospital, how did he manage to ride in Poland today. And what was all that crap the other day of how he was going to ride for Birmingham? Why say that if you don't mean it? Edit: Tomasz is a favourite of mine. You don't half pick 'em ;D

And what was all that crap the other day of how he was going to ride for Birmingham? Why say that if you don't mean it? He did mean it, but no doubt the Poles have done their menacing act on him, and given him no option. They made THJ ride with concussion, and he's not even Polish.
