Well i tried , i really did . I considered Hatcham and Hortonfan for their critisism of Team GB . I considered Snyper for his continued anti-English nonsense and his continued aggressive posting . But i'm afraid i have to be predictable and award it this week to John Campbell for his ludicrous attack on the Chapmans at Armadale last week , after it was Edinburgh's mistake that caused all the contraversy in the first place .

As its obvious they are not allowed in your narrow minded world. Okay, my patience has worn out. I've had enough of your abusive postings at other members here. Just cut it out or face the consequences, or direct your invective towards me. Oh, you tried that and it failed miserably.

I would like to nominate the Polish speedway authorities (or whoever is responsible). Lewis Bridger was due to ride at Belle Vue in a meeting that has been arranged for months. A Polish fixture is re-arranged the next day and takes precedence over the one that was agreed a long time ago. It's just not right.

Why blame the Poles? Do you seriously imagine the Poles would consider for a single second allowing a Polish rider to miss a fixture for his Polish club to ride for his British club? Blame the BSPA, blame the SCB, blame the ACU, blame Bridger himself, but don't blame the Poles.

Peter, I would make the nomination on the week 19 thread if I were you. The week 18 thread winner has already been decided, so there's about as much as chance of winning, as Tomasz Gollob has of winning the World Championship (i.e. none )

And make the nomination Mr Lewis Bridger. Jonas Davidsson isn't riding in the Bydgoszcz versus Czestochowa meeting and he's contracted to Bydgoszcz. Tai Woffinden isn't riding in the Bydgoszcz versus Czestochowa meeting and he's contracted to Czestochowa. In fact, Woffinden is usually preferred to Bridger in the Czestochowa line-up. Looks like Bridger is seeking to ingratiate himself with the Poles.

And Richardson rides for Czestochowa and is turning up for the Hammers.

I've just noticed on www.speedwayekstraliga.pl/terminarz.php that the fixture was scheduled for July 5th. I should do some research first! It's still poor of the Argus and probably other sites still to have named him riding at Belle Vue. The Polish meeting must have been re-arranged well before the line-ups went to press.

It shouldn't matter when it's been re-arranged. Bridger should be riding for Eastbourne, end of story. The BSPA has no agreement with the Polish authorities. Bridger should've been ordered to ride at Belle Vue and damn the Poles. That's the attitude they'd have if the situation was reversed. As things stand, a two minute exclusion and a tapes exclusion probably means Bridger's exercise in impressing the Poles has flopped.

Question is did Eastie get the ACU involved? I'd say the pertinent question is does anyone in authority really care? The global superstar and Woodward were allowed to miss an Eastbourne fixture at the tail end of last year to ride in a hastily re-arranged Polish fixture.

Has anyone considered that perhaps Eastbourne let him ride in Poland to save the club money
