I'll nominate Gollob for his piss taking display in heat 25 tonight, dare say i'll be the 'lone wolf' yet again though whilst all the 'sheep' dance to the shepherds call. Yes a bit of an anti-climax to a fantastic meeting. That's Gollob for you I'm afraid - at times, near genius on a bike; at others, a bit of a twat.

That and Zagar's exclusion - you just didnt want to see anybody excluded tonight as they were so entertaining but at least Zagar showed his annoyance to the referee as he returned to the pits. Unlike Gollob who didnt seem at all disappointed and couldnt get back in there fast enough which, sadly denied us seeing him and Jason tussling with each other in the final race. The wonderful firework display somewhat made up for that though and watching the Stewards dealing with the over-excited polish fans who had jumped the perimeter fence to celebrate with their heroes - hilarious ;D

(as you know !). The Poles don't mean any harm - they are just very excitable - and I love it !

I'll nominate Hatcham in a tit for tat revenge attack after nominating my hero. The full line up's have been updated on this thread. Stan James have Denmark at 1/3 to win event 1 and Australia at 9/10 to win event 2, as a double that pays over 6/4, it is an unbelievably outstanding bet and not to be missed. If you're gonna dish out tips, make them at least half right (I'll go as far to say that at the time you posted the Danish one did look a shoe-in). Rico

It's just as well that young Paulco's got a golden chance to pick the Edinburgh management, otherwise I reckon Mr. Gollob might have taken it this week for being such a twonk in Heat 25.

But Hatcham's nomination of Gollob was more than justfied. In your (and Hatcham's) opinion perhaps. With the meeting wrapped up there was no need to put man or machine under any more strain. What was there to gain from going out and racing ? How foolish would he have looked if he'd taken a knock in heat 25 that would have ruled him out the final. The Poles came to do a job, do it well they did. And they did it with a race to spare. If you feel short-changed by Gollob's effort overall on the evening then you're very hard to please. Rico

It's just as well that young Paulco's got a golden chance to pick the Edinburgh management Although their flapperjack qualities are well documented , i might not be as predictable as you think . There is still the race-off and the Final to be run before i choose . Still lots can happen .

Rico - I do feel short changed, he owes me 80p ;D

Don't know about speedway flapperjacks , but i'm certainly having a pig of a day . Had to pop into Glasgow this morning - so i jumps onto the train . Bad move that was , somebody chose this morning to top themself and threw themself in front of the train . Two hours nearly before we got allowed off the train . Why can't they just use a bottle of pills and a bottle of whisky . Then on returning home i received a phone call from a company demanding £835 from me for a debt ran up on a Capital One card . I've never had a Capital One card in my life . Think i'll just go to bed .

My mum had a phone call once demanding that she send them my dads death certificate so that they could correct the "outstanding balance" on their system

I'm going for a non-speedway nomination this week. With the SWC Belle Vue have the week off from making themselves look like prize tits so my nomination goes to the Man City fans who have all of a sudden turned into a complete arseholes because they have a bottomless pit of cash.
Any squad containing Benjani and Craig 'I'm World Class Me' Bellamy deserves to win fuck all.
