Badge - that just confirms my views. It's a very rough overtake by Lindgren. Whereas Gollob avoided contact with his pass on Pedersen, Lindgren doesn't manage to do the same. He moves his elbow out of the way, but then moments later the elbow moves back and contacts with Dryml. That causes Dryml to lose control and Lukas then hits Lindgren quite hard. But it was the initial contact by Lindgren that caused the problem. Correct decision by the referee. Have you got a cold in your EYES , Freddie was following the same line as NKI on the outside and Dribble drifted wider and wider until he hit Freddie with his elbow, and then launch pad. Thank God neither of those bikes came down on the riders, how lucky was that!!!

So by your reckoning Gollob should have been excluded at Bydgoszcz last year, had Nicki not been a bigger man than Lukas and gone down?

Lindgren could have got around Dryml without making contact in the same way Gollob did around Pedersen. Nicki did exactly the same in shutting the door on Gollob as Dryml did on Lindgren. But Lindgren wasn't able to duck around in the same way as Gollob. He's not as skilled as Gollob (there aren't many riders at all as skilled as Gollob). But I agree it could have been much worse. Both Lukas and Freddie are lucky to have escaped largely unhurt.

Schumi, That was at a totally different part of the bend - so it's not comparable. Dryml/Lindgren and Pedersen/Gollob on Saturday are comparable. With the difference being Gollob's skill in ducking around Pedersen, something Lindgren was unable to do with his heavy-handed pass of Dryml. EDIT: Schumi, can I ask why you are so dead set against Nicki signing for Wolves? I thought you'd love to see him riding back over in Britain.

You can, but what comes out of my mouth is likely to be extremely unladylike. Never have I felt so passionate about something not happening. Apart from the 30th May, but that's a whole different story.

Hey Rob - how do you feel now that the other member of the Lukas Dryml fan club (Chris Brown) has said on the BSF that Freddie wasn't to blame? Plus NUMEROUS others saying the same thing...It must be getting very lonely on your side of the fence....just you and a blind referee!!!! ;D

What's Freddie Lindgren getting up to? He completed the GP on Saturday night, yet is missing Wovles tonight. Will he be riding in Sweden tomorrow?

By the sounds of it Laurence Rogers must be nominated for holding a fans forum after we battered Mildenhall.
All the riders were made to sit through tricky questions and a barrage of abuse from the fans, only for Rogers to take exception to someone's comment about him and replying 'if you can do better, go ahead'........slammed his hat down and walked out.
What a cock.

Only if he takes a leaf out of your mate's book , he's the master at being injured on a Saturday, riding in Poland on Sunday and GB on Monday So don't defend him, by casting aspersions at other riders, when he has been the worst of the lot for that sort of thing.

Badge - calm down dear, it's only a forum. I'm not defending Lukas on his absences last season - in fact, I hadn't mentioned the subject. I was simply wondering if Freddie Lindgren is about to become the latest rider to extract the urine out of British Speedway.

Slightly out of order Rob - did you see how heavy both riders hit the deck or were your Lukas Dryml fan club specs obscuring the view? Funny how the 'Master' of the dodgy sick-note is your hero and yet Freddie - who has yet to do any such thing - is already being critisied. I was amazed Freddie in particular wasn't badly hurt so I'm sure he rode the rest of the meeting on adrenaline alone. I actually broke a rib a few years ago and it didn't really hurt until I lay down in bed that night - then it felt like a house was sitting on my chest! I wonder if a similar thing happened to Freddie. Either way lets wait and see if he DOES ride in Sweden tomorrow before condemning him because OTHER riders are untrustworthy!
