Certainly not defending Bjerre. Panthers first and everything else second as far as I'm concerned and if he does make Parken then I'll be a touch pissed. Looks like I'm going to be a touch pissed: www.peterboroughspeedway.net/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=163 - let's hope he comes through ok and we see him next Thursday and Friday? Slightly worried by "Bjerre admits that he is "not quite 100%" - he could really do with an extra week off to be fitter for Panthers cup fixtures Thursday & Friday next week.

If he's fit next Friday, expect him to be in Poland, the same as Hans Andersen. There's a full Ekstraliga programme next Friday and since the Polish fixtures were published in November (before the BSPA even held their AGM, I think), a lot of the top riders are already committed to fixtures in Poland.

Any riders who choose the Polish leagues above the Britain leagues should be kicked out of British Speedway. We don't need them. British Speedway should be the priority.

Rigsby - the rider who really annoys me at the moment is Jason Crump. Me too! He was 9/10 to score over 13 at Coventry on Friday and even money to do similar at home to Eastbourne on Monday. I had my doubts because I'm a tight bastard and don't like losing but the tosser goes and rattles in the two expected big scores, bloody Australians (Born in Bristol) who turn up for their EL teams regularly, score big and don't say that they were crap because of track conditions, wrong set up, tiredness or dodgy cut out etc - totally bleedin' reliable

That would certainly mean we've seen the last of Damian Dryml in this country if they implemented that rule.

I think we can all deduce from Bjerre's no-show tonight the esteem he holds British speedway in - he rode in the GP on Saturday, in Sweden on Tuesday and in Denmark yesterday, but couldn't bring himself to don the Panthers racesuit tonight. I wonder if he'll be in Poland tomorrow? One thing's for damn sure, if he isn't, Rzeszow won't get a facility to cover his absence.

Can't for the life of me understand how Peterboro got one tonight quite frankly , one wonders if Lakeside rode under protest about it tonight or not

Bjerre would have normally ridden in 5 heats last night and score I guess 11 (ish) points - but I guess R/R last night scored us about 6 (ish).. there lies 10 of the 12 points difference between the 2 teams!! So I bet the Lakeside riders were laughing their arses off!!

Oops forgot the sport doesn't have any nowadays

Also Joe Public gets suckered into thinking they are going to see a good close meeting and turn up to find R/R again for Kenneth...
