To be honest i can't see anything else , but a Scott Nicholls win , with Kennett clinching the Wild Card spot for Cardiff . Just a shame it's not on the telly .

He said during the GP that he was hoping to ride, but he did look dubious, I must admit. Me, I think I'll keep who I want to win quiet - not many would agree with me.

Is Oliver Allen riding, or is it Rider replacement for him?

Lewis Bridger? ;D Personally I'd prefer him or Woffinden to have it. Or even Roynon. Let's not reward the 'waster generation' (Howe excepted).

Wouldn't it be amazing if Roynon or Woffinden got it , my god that would show Harris and Nicholls up wouldn't it Personally I see Nicholls getting it... I'm hoping to go, so fingers crossed.

I misunderstood Schumi's comment but I am concerning the wild card.
I can't see beyond Nicholls - he's been in cracking home with Eastbourne.
I really enjoyed last year's meeting at Wolves. So a bit disappointed that Swindon is out of reach for me on a school night.

Did I hear correctly in the commentary on Sky last night Nigel was talking Woffinden up as a possible winner of the British Final? I mean he's good, but not quite that good yet surely?
I may have also misheard what he said as I was pottering about, in which case excuse my insanity

I can see him flying around Swindon - maybe it is too soon, but I wouldn't completely rule it out. Thank goodness Woffinden has decided he's British - he's our best prospect by a long, long way.

Agreed , Lee Dicken is no longer the great white hope of British speedway .

I asked Chris Schramm why he wasn't in this competition, his answer " My face doesn't fit" Rather counters the thing that Middlo said about the British boys having no ambition and that they should come up from the PL if they want to be considered for their country, well seems like it doesn't matter if a young Brit is prepared to give it a go

He has a point, Badge and even more so with the withdrawals.
Why they don't seed the top 6 Brits from last year's contest, add the top 4 from the Under-21s and have the other six spots rode for in a qualifer I will never know. The qualifier could also be at a track which doesn't rely on rent or expense etc. like Redcar or Scunny.
