I have a feeling he's probably aggravated the old injury, we were up shit street anyway, as Poole would have started to increase their lead anyway...now we're right in it...

And the meeting produced an easy enough win for the Pirates (53:39), with Chris Holder scoring what I'd guessed would be his first Elite League maximum (15 from 5) and he didn't even feature in Ht 15. For the Bees only Janniro and Harris offered much resistance, but the biggest worry would be the withdrawal of Oliver Allen from the meeting after a crash in Ht 5, which may make him doubtful for Coventry's home meeting this Friday. Simon Stead produced another rather pitiful performance, scoring 6 points from 5 rides. For Poole just about everyone was among the points, especially the aforementioned Holder and reserve Fredrk Eriksson, who scored 13+3 from 7 rides. The main concern in the Poole side tonight is for the Swindon Robins, as Mads Korneliussen was withdrawn from the meeting after a clash with Coventry's Harris. Let's hope he's okay for Swindon's meeting tomorrow against Ipswich.

Well it looks like Olly took a bang on the head, which hopefully will see him back on Friday ..I was worried that he'd aggravated that shoulder injury, we need him in the side no doubt about it.. A the moment we are sat third from bottom of the table...with Peterborough and Ippo having two meetings in hand..so this time next week, we'll be propping you all up.. Looks like the assessments from the meeting were that it was good with some great racing... Rory won't be back anytime soon despite the fact he hasn't broken his wrist as first thought, with three dislocated fingers and ligament damage which in itself is serious, it will take a long time to heal..

( i wonder if the sport is heading for some sort of legal challenge against the ever changing points limit,it seems so bizarre that a well run successful club like coventry could face relegation, when the riders, promotion, track, support and money were all in place, for another title challenging season.
