can i nominate all the phone voters who chose Andy Abrahams as 'Song for Europe' on BBC1 last night. Never in a month of Sundays will his song win Eurovision. Nope - Ireland's puppet turkey will walk Eurovision . ;D

I nominate genghis for declining to sign the Henning Loof petition. And, while we're on the subject of the petition, I'm concerned to find that my "signature" is followed by that of a well-known flapperjack.

I nominate genghis for declining to sign the Henning Loof petition I have nothing personally against Henning Loof. It's just a point of principle against the number of foreign riders competing in the Premier League (and now even the Conference League )

Yet you supported Jens Rasmussen's switch to the National League the last time we discussed this.

Yet you supported Jens Rasmussen's switch to the National League the last time we discussed this. Sub - I probably said that as Rasmussen had an English wife and daughter, then it wouldn't have been very hard to stop him dropping down. But I'd much preferred for him to stay at Oxford - he was brilliant to watch. Schroek definitely should have been blocked, though - that was the one which opened the floodgates. And I'm not saying Henning Loof should be completely blocked from riding, if a team wants to sign him on a 7.00 average, then fine. It should have been the same for Magosi.

I'd like to nominate Michelle Gayle for looking like a Rooster on Acid on the aforementioned programme and Mick Bratley for watching said programme.

How about Putin and this other muppet that Putin has his hand up for taking the piss out of the world with this 'so called' democratic election.
They might as well have dropped their kecks and said 'kiss my red KGB cheeks'

They might as well have dropped their kecks and said 'kiss my red KGB cheeks' I was only reading the paper today when I found who the bloody new Russian PM was. He's majorly involved in Gazprom (who in OT news are about destroy the skyline of St Petersburg with a gastly tower). Just for that it looks highly bent but I understand this agreement and election suits the ball brakers of Russia. I understood (I am open to being proved wrong) but the majority of Russia was fairly happy with Putin. Although, this may just be Thatcher-esque what I hear - that the rich and middle are getting more money and the cold flats of Mockba continue to get run down. Anyone what seen the C4 prog on Friday night about KGB blokes offering people money spoke volumes over this election. Despite the Iron Curtain being lifted there is still some intrigue around Russia...held by me in the very least.

The Cold War might be over, but Russia still remains a potentially very dangerous power. The fools in Europe who've been running-down their defences on the grounds that the major threat is from Islamists may yet learn a hard lesson.

Lets face it, we have no chance of winning full stop!..Eurovision gets more ridiculous each passing year. I'd like to nominate Michelle Gayle for looking like a Rooster on Acid on the aforementioned programme and Mick Bratley for watching said programme. The first part of your nomination is noted Mr2A - sadly I'm afraid Mr Bratley will be ineligible this week for reasons I have previously stated! ;D If anyone would like to nominate the fuckwits who climbed one of our cranes in Parliament Square today - risking their own lives and causing vast amounts of hassle to other individuals, then I promise you it will be given all due consideration. The annoying this is, I sympathise utterly with their cause, just not the way in which they have tried to get their message across.
