Well it wasn't me. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) ;D It's a shame some people feel the need to do such things (meaning taking screen shots etc), I thought the tell-tale days were confined to infant/junior school days, seems I'm out of touch! ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) I've noticed too the amount of members on here who have never posted, maybe an idea to withdraw membership after an amount of time should be considered if no posts have been made by the member. Wouldn't stop anyone from viewing or contributing to all of the forum bar this part.

Sorry to show my computer ignorance but what exactly is a "screen shot"? I can just about manage to get the hang of copy/paste now but that's a new one on me. ;D Like others have said Schumi carry on the good work and thanks for everything you do on here.

Sorry to show my computer ignorance but what exactly is a "screen shot"? It's an image of the screen Gem - in simple terms it's like taking a photo of whatever is on your monitor. I guess this rules Gemini out of the suspect list. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) ;D

I've had a look at comments made on this thread by Subedei and I can't find a reason why anyone should go telling tales or be upset. I find it puzzling that a TV/Radio commentator can't rise above it. God help him if he ever gets severe criticism. Tony Millard has got a hell of a lot of stick on various speedway forums over the years, but you never see him getting all hot and bothered about it. If Nigel didn't scream and shout, he wouldn't get the amount of negative comments he does. Schumi, keep up the good work. Your efforts are appreciated. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I have a very good friend who's a Bsf member but in the 2 years she's been so has never posted. This girl is the most honest & sweet girl you could hope to meet, would you want to ban someone like that. Seek & destroy i say.

But I just don't see the point in registering on here if you have no intention of posting. You can view and post as a guest on all other sections apart from this one so it shouldn't really be an issue for most of those who have never posted, but might well get rid of 1 or 2 of the numb-nuts who are solely out to cause trouble. We clean up our data at work reguarly, if a document hasn't been viewed or amended on our network for X amount of time it gets archived. Peter makes a valid point regarding Tony Millard though. I can imagine that Pearson would be giving Britney a good run for her money right now if similar comments had been made about him as they have Millard. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

Well there does seem to be a large number of members that have never even posted once. Not sure if that is normal. I am one of those who have registered but never posted, well I was until about 10 seconds ago. I don't post much on the BSF either nowadays, but I would like to say thanks for all the hard work that goes into the up keep of this site, it often makes a good read. It's incredibly sad that someone feels it necessary to creep round screechy Pearson by sending him screen shots though. ![:-[](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/embarrassed.png)

I am one of those who have registered but never posted, well I was until about 10 seconds ago. Welcome to the forum. Hope you're not not posting because you think we're a scary bunch - everyone's welcome here, and most of us don't bite (can't speak for BigFatDave though ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) .) Thanks for the kind words. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I mean, have you read the comments on Pearson's "guestbook"? You ought to take a look, although be aware, you may feel like vomiting after the first couple of pages. Mine was the only worthwhile comment there. And it got removed because it didn't pander to Pearson's self-importance. I can actually stomach Tony Millard's comments. Okay, he makes many mistakes, but at least he doesn't scream and at least he doesn't insult the intelligence of the viewer. By the way, I suspect that an analysis of commentary would show Pearson making as many mistakes as Millard, he just covers them by screaming.

You're probably right, another point is that Tony has covered a lot more meetings than Nigel over the years (all of the early ones with PC co-commentating from memory) so maybe that skews it somewhat. Maybe its just me but I don't find the raised voices too annoying - there is normally plenty of competition from screaming kids! On the subject of gaffes, my favourite ever Millard mistake was a joint effort with PC. Whilst covering an Oxford match Leigh Adams and Brian Andersen were team riding at the front I think and at one stage PC had Bryan Adams leading ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) (made me chuckle anyway)

Actually I think Pearson's guestbook could actually be the main cause for the winter vomiting virus doing the rounds. One of the main symptoms is uncontrolled vomitting without warning! The guestbook certainly had that affect on me! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

I mean, Pearson probably screams in an attempt to make a tedious meeting interesting, while Millard just makes up overtakes - he'll have Nicki Pedersen trailing at the back, with work to do and a couple of laps later Pedersen will be in front, without actually passing anyone.

Subdei
Surely if you felt that strongly about Nigel Pearson you could email him directly with your constructive criticism's instead of writing it on his guestbook...Unless of course you are wanting your name seen in lights...Just an opinion
As i have said before if someone slagged me off on here it would not bother me...However if we had a guestbook on our website and someone wrote what a load of rubbish we are...i too would take it off
Matt Ford's piece was very true from Schumis interview with him
