I'd like to nominate the husband and wife - the missing canoe man and his other half - who thought that it's be a good idea to come up with a half baked scheme to defraud their insurance company. The worst part of it was their sons being led to believe that their father was dead - although I'm not even certain that they also weren't "in on it" in some way neither!
Ahh screw it, I dunno, Mick Bratley or Lord Flapperjack is always a safe bet when in doubt!

Well there was trouble wednesday for a bit. Then i see Phil made some of the forums for "members only" yesterday. So they knew there was trouble and tried to avoid the forum over cooking.I guess after the BSPA conference they were getting too many hits

Shame but it seems like the forum has got too popular for it's own good. Looks like it will be members only for most of the threads now, which is perhaps not a bad thing because sometimes there were more guests looking in than members. Those were the days when there were only about 25 of us and we all got on. Still I must admit it is more interesting these days with the likes of Shazzy and Steve Hone knocking 7 bells out of each other. ;D

We'll upset genghis (we like doing that) by holding it over for as long as it takes to get some meat for you to pick off the bones.

If you want to reduce yourself to the level of the son of the fascist, by making up your own rules, then that's up to you.

I would like to nominate John Louis for being a complete hypocrite. During 2006, Louis made a major song-and-dance over the introduction of Freddie Eriksson into the Oxford team, even though Freddie's average - even minus the bonus points - was higher than he was likely to achieve. Yet now, he's asked for and been granted special dispensation to bring in Jarek Hampel on a ludicrously low 6.27 average. With the low limit, it should have been an opportunity for EL promoters to push British youngsters foward, not fiddle in a Pole who hasn't been arsed to ride over here in recent years on a false average. P.S. There you go Lupus - there's a few contenders for you - Max Mosley, John Louis, oh and the GRA for pissing about with Oxford's lease.

Nah sorry Rob none of those appeal to me - I couldn't give a toss about F1 (sorry Schumi! )...I'd rather watch paint dry. The John Louis thing is no great surprise - he's a speedway promoter - nuff said. And the GRA thing....well.....nothing new there either - same thing happens to all teams who rent their stadium. Sorry I'm really struggling this week - after the conference I thought the problem would be too much choice not too little!
