Get the screen shots before he gets wind of it - and Bob's your Uncle. I would if I knew how! If anyone else can then be my guest.

Assuming I've got the right thread, I've just pasted it into a word document, should you ever need it.

Cheers Kev, I do my best, but, to be honest, I think it would be quite difficult to prove intellectual copyright on those interviews; as far as I can tell, not even proboard's Ts & Cs or privacy policy gives you any copyright back up, keeping them members only is the best bet.

To make a screen capture Schumi:
Get the screen up that you want to capture Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard (also known as Prt Scn) Open Microsoft Paint (all versions of Windows have this) - to open it goto "Start" > "All programs" > "Accesories" > "Paint" When in MS Paint go along the top menu bar to the "Edit" menu Scroll down there and select "Paste" This should now paste your screen capture Then goto "File" and "Save" and save it to wherever you like.
Oh and I second your nomination btw as no-one has actually said that yet!

Found this online: One of the biggest mistakes that people believe is that if a work has no copyright notice, it is not copyrighted. The correct form of a copyright notice is "Copyright or © (date) by (author/owner)" (Templeton 1). Many people believe that if this notice is absent, they can post, use, or take any work on the Internet. Although no name can be copyrighted, the owner's work is (Templeton 2). In fact, everything from April 1, 1989 is copyrighted by the owner or author whether is has a notice or not. Most nations follow the same rules set up by the Berne copyright convention (Templeton 1). The Berne convention created uniform laws for worldwide works (Lussier 1). One of these laws was everything created privately and originally after April 1, 1989 is copyrighted. All Internet users must assume that the work is copyrighted, unless otherwise specified by the author. And T and Cs of proboards: You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

I do agree whole- heartedly with the nomination of the Panthers Forum & Rigsby & bp1 in particular. For an alternative nominee it has to be Matt Ford,as it appears that he is the twat that swung the tide on the ridiculous points limits & other rule changes that have come into force for the next? ? 3 seasons

Copyright exists on the internet just like anywhere else.....oh what poetic justice it would be to see a writ land on Pratley's desk, after all his threats of legal action. Frivolous lawsuits enrich no-one but the lawyers who string things out as long as possible so they can run up their costs as much as possible. They really are amongst the lowest forms of life. You could send copies of the screensheets to the hosting ISP or forum provider claiming copyright infringements, and they'll usually take the stuff down. To be honest though, riders gave the interviews in good faith and presumably for nothing, so I feel there's a certain moral obligation for the stuff to be public domain. The best thing to do is just ignore Lord Flapperjack and Co. They're managing to create their own bad publicity all by themselves, and even the Peterborough fans beyond the usual sycophants are starting to tire of it.

I have no interest in threatening lawsuits.
In fact I'm losing interest in the whole thing.

In so far as Rigsby is concerned it may have been a genuine oversight... and we should allow for that....However, if that is not the case Mr Rigsby, having read your signature , I think you should afford us the same courtesy , as you may find you've met more than your match in more than one of us.... I knew where he'd got the interview and just wanted to show them that he's not as smart as he likes them to think he is (Hmmmm, interesting. Where do you find all this stuff? ). I normally always source my stuff. I didn't on that occasion but added that I would delete if required. I've read some things on here that lead me not to mention WWoS greatly or point to it on Panthers forum but the issue was forced. I've tidied my bit of the thread up anyway although you can always e-mail round the screenshot if you wish to carry on the kicking. Come on schumi, it is the Panthers/lord flapperjack arse lickers forum, what else would you expect fog Things like that appear from time to time on WWoS after all. If that's what Fog thinks then good luck to him, you can't win them all! I'll not stick up for two that you have a go at and they ain't the favourites? But **** licker, do me a favour. It may appear so at times (and on the whole I'm on their side) but that's the game isn't it! I've explained my other comments to Shumi and people can read into the posts what they choose, I'm comfortable with anything I post. As for meeting my match, its a forum not Hatton v Mayweather.
