The referee is a potato-brained cretin for allowing Allen into the re-run there - shocking stuff from the referee.

I beg to differ. Allen was under power, so within the rules, the fact that he was head down arse up isn't covered by the rule book

Nonsense. He should've been excluded for delaying the start, but instead the referee decided to give him extra time. Shameful performance from the referee.

Maybe by 'death race' rules, but this is speedway. The referee was correct, as was the ref who excluded Laguta for fencing poor Iversen at the weekend, and the one who excluded another of the mental Russians for sending Watt flying in the world cup, and the one who excluded Ashworth for causing carnage at Scunthorpe this season and the one who excluded the kid for getting lapped in the junior meeting at the same track. Face facts referees usually get it spot on, your just a lunatic.

And you know fuck all about speedway, as is evidenced by your rant above, so down a couple of bottles and sink into an alcholic stupour and try to avoid displaying your ignorance in public.

Gosh I have missed all this lovey dovey stuff ...lmao
The ref was correct. Allen was moving that's why the race was pulled back and the red lights came on before he fell off.
If a ref disqualified all riders who moved as "delaying" the start there would never be four riders in any race!

I think you'll find your post the 'ignorant rant'. Strange how, i take a certain view, as does the ref, and the commentators and the majority of forum members, but your views are those of someone who does know 'fuck all about speedway'.

I watched the meeting on-and-off with no sound whilst bowling last night, and there was one incident that baffled me - it sounds like it could be the same one as above.
One of the Coventry riders in Heat 13 jumped the start, then fell off all on his own, yet got back in the re-run. With no sound to get an explanation, it made no sense at all.
Is this the same incident?

Is this the same incident? The red lights came on as soon as the tapes went up due to Olly Allen moving. By the time he'd fallen, the red lights were already on so the fall was after the race had already been stopped. It was clearly shown in replay that the red lights were already on.

But wasn't his jumping of the start and fall all part of the same movement? Who was the ref?
