Why did Sweden continue with Lindback at No 1? He can't cope with pressure. Tobias Johansson needs to think about things a bit more. You were saying? ;D

You were agreeing just a few days ago. Yeah, just because I couldn't find anything to throw against it after Vojens. But as always, one hundred percent certainties are always wrong.

Well we don't miss Nicholls - have to say the team seem so much more focussed without him, and actually proud to ride for their country. With Bridger and King scoring 1 point between them from six rides Schumster thats a rather ridiculous comment. Even Harris said team spirit's better than it's been for years.

Anyway, to sum things up. Quite embarassed for Sweden tonight, being outpowered and outpaced for much of the event. Really lucky to scrape through at the expense of GB.

I'm sure the hatred of Nicholls will produce some positive spin for Lyon, with comments such as "team spirit" "proud" "did our best" "good for the future" but the truth of the matter is of course that Lyon is a complete wanker who should be flapperjack of the week for costing Team GB a final place. To be fair hatcham, have you actually watched Nicholls racing on Polish tracks this year? He is beyond fucking dismal.

Then maybe Bridger and King should be replaced by Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell they are apparently very popular. Lets face it anyone who says we wouldn't have qualified with Nicholls in the team is deluded beyond belief.

Lets face it anyone who says we wouldn't have qualified with Nicholls in the team is deluded beyond belief. But who's to say that with Nicholls in, Richardson, Woffinden and Harris would have scored the same? It's all academic - we were beaten by the better teams, but we gave a good account of ourselves.

Does he average less than 0.57 then Henry ? He was dropped for Travis McGowan. Says it all really. Any news on Adam Shields?

Brilliant effort by Great Britain. So close, but looking at the last five races, I thought the Swedes had enough in hand and so it proved. Superb the way Lyon had completely changed the atmosphere down the GB pits. But the lads can be proud of themselves.

But the SWC is a different proposition. Bridger doesn't average 0 in Poland. In fact, he has won as many races in his 3 matches over there as Scott has managed in his 9. You have to remember JUST how bad a season Scott is having. The depressed look that he has had in the pits when the cameras have focussed on him at the SGP kinda say it all about how he is feeling. Do you really think he would be in a frame of mind to be helping the other guys out, or would he just have been bringing them down too?

Wise words from Hatcham.
Lyon's pick on age not ability policy has denied our nation a World Cup Final place.
The bloke is so far out of his depth it's not funny!

Come on guys some of you are beginning to sound as mental as the dreamers on the BSF, where some people are calling us 2010 World champions already. If King is currently better than Nicholls then why does he ride at 4 for Ippo ? why will he be outscored by Nicholls in almost every match this season ? Come on everyone don't let hatred of the Scottster cloud our judgement.................team spirit my fucking arse, do you know what Richardson, Harris and Woffinden will be thinking now ? why the fuck did we pick Bridger and King ? thats my guess because those two losers cost our three riders a World Cup final place.
