I can confirm that Rob Lyon will not name Team GB until after the practise tomorrow, but Lee Richardson will be in the team.
I can also confirm that Ryan Sullivan has been dropped from the Australian team!!

It is the first two to the final to go up against Russia and Poland So they England do not have to win but be first or second whitch to my way of thinking is a better chance than than coming first chance 1 out of 4 and the Danes have heaps of problems so 1/3 of a chance, Swedes are good but England should be better so 50, 50 chance now that looks better,Australia to take the win. ;D

Swedes are good but England should be better Not sure what you base that on, Jonsson is better than anyone we have, Lindgren is better than anyone we have, Lindback is better than anyone we have, Davidsson is as good as anyone we have, and Ruud certainly wouldn't be our worst rider, or to use the correct terminology 'driver'. Sweden are way better than us.

Would be seriously surprised if Scott got the nod over one or two of the lads from Monday, but Rico definitely needs to lead the team alongside Bomber and Danny. To me Ed just didn't look to have enough power all night, so sadly I would drop him for Rico.

So they are beatable. GB are the outsiders tomorrow, but if things go our way, I don't see second place being completely out of reach.

Davidsson isn't having the best of seasons in Poland either, but he raises his game substantially when riding in the SWC. Lindback collapses under pressure.

I don't think anyone would argue that Jonsson is not a class act. He might win a world championship one day. However, one man does not a team make.
The Brits have to go into tomorrow's meeting with a positive attitude - and believe that the Swedes and Danes can be beaten.
We've fourth favourites - but the Russians were third favourites and won the opening round, so why can't the fouth favourites finish second in a meeting?

As mister Peasley as said no reason why they should not go for second place but they got to get there head into a postive mind set rather than the so far we are not going to win anyhow attitude .

Feeling fairly positive then Hatch Sorry for the negativity Bagester but thats how i feel, i think Harris and Richardson are our only hope of providing a heat winner this evening, King will find the weight of expectation on his shoulders too much to carry, Bridger is not good enough and Woffinden is the most over-rated rider i've seen since....um.....oh that would be Eddie Kennett, i expect us to get slaughtered. If i'm wrong i'll come on here, eat humble pie, and take my punishment like a man, if i'm right(and i will be) i promise not to gloat.

I for one expect Sweden to do better on the Leszno track than on the Vojens track. Roll on tonight!

Oh I don't doubt that you are correct, can't see beyond 4th place TBH, but this is a year of blooding in our future riders. Even with Scott and Rico it will be no different I'm afraid so nothing to lose is there. Although I agree with Bubsy the SWC seems to bring out the best of team speedway and the meetings are exciting and good racing, although I suspect Mr Olsen will doctor the track to favour Denmark, but hopefully everyone will be aware of this and set up accordingly.

Only one change to the GB team tonight, and that's Richardson in for Kennett. Good luck, lads.
