What a great meeting...more please ;D Jacques - you should get along to Birmingham more often - beats the boring rubbish you see at Coventry most weeks. Don't know why Sky don't show more Premier League plus a bit of Conference League, and less Elite League.

Enjoyed that ;D Wasn't a bad meeting to show after all was it considering it was 2 southern teams! Great atmosphere at the stadium tonight & lots of new faces there taking up the special admission offer - hopefully after another good close meeting a few will return again. Track looked a bit difficult in the first few heats with bends 1 & 2 being a bit iffy and was slicker than our lads would have liked. Conditions understandable I guess with the rain we had yesterday and threat of a shower or 2 again tonight. Think both Reading & Rye did the PL proud tonight and fingers crossed have paved the way for more PL meetings to be shown.

Really enjoyed that - especially Tai on the tactical in heat 9 nursing Tommy gun Allen around! Ultimately felt that Allen and Betson cost Rye House the meeting! Ostergaard was awesome and tbh his retirement in heat 15 flattered the Rye House performance in the final result! 9 heat last places for the Rockets told the final story! btw Twattum is a knob! Looking forward to the return leg! Sat 7th Reading Premier League Home 7pm

Looking forward to the return leg! Sat 7th Reading Premier League Home 7pm Didn't take Tai long to get a feel for the track did it - one race and he was sorted. Can definately see now what all the fuss is about there! Not sure it's fair to lay the blame on Betson & 2 lap (or should that be point) tommy - both returning from injury and Betson's never seen the track before. Reading weren't firing on all cylinders. Lemo looked to be having a few problems, would have expected a couple more points from both Lemo & Tom P tbh. Also our reserves weren't as free scoring as they have been previously - although Jamie Smith's ht 14 ride turned out to be a match winner. Uli's front chain snapped in ht15 - apparently not a happy bunny dropping 4 points in 1 meeting. Oh - return meeting at Rye has been changed as well - 16th August.

Not a bad meeting actually, however if I may say, what on earth is Ulrich doing in the PL ...big fish in a small pond

Really enjoyed that - especially Tai on the tactical in heat 9 nursing Tommy gun Allen around! That would be Ht 7, not Ht 9.
