That'd never work. The first time Graham Flint was ref, the British riders would be looking around to find their team manager... who would have walked out of the stadium. ;D ;D Genghis for GB Manager just for that quote! And it's actually true. I can just see Jonathon Green chasing me out of the pits trying to get an interview.

Ah, but what if was young Sophie that was asking you what changes will you be making Sube? ;D Would you give her one (interview that is) ;D No. Actually, I'd quite like to be interviewed by Kelvin Tatum MBE, just so that when he starts spouting his balderdash I can reply: "Kelvin, do me a favour, fuck off."

You're telling me you need to wait for an opportunity to tell Kelvin to fuck off?! For christs sake man you can catch up with him about 20 times over the course of the season - why the hell are you waiting?! ;D

Getting to be a bit of a yawnfest over on the BSF at the moment. Same old points being argued over and over by the same people and then you get the expected snide remark chucked in by the Middlo Worshipper as they haven't got anything useful or constructive to say on the subject at all.
Imo Middlo shouldn't have to shoulder all the blame for the dire results of the last few years as the riders are the ones expected to do the business on track and make sure they themselves and their equipment are up to doing the job in hand. BUT, I do think that a breath of fresh air is required at management level, or at least get someone else in to help run things. Maybe Middlo just can't concentrate on his EL team and Team GB at the same time?

Fair enough, it's the riders on track, but it's Middlo who comes up with the pathetic excuses, when he should be laying into them. Look at what the Polish manager, who went on to lead his team to SWC glory, had to say about Tomasz Gollob after the Vojens round:
"Let's be honest. Tomasz cannot blame his engines after each meeting. He is such an experienced rider, but makes such easy mistakes that it really makes me wonder. In Vojens we all saw that to win you had to guard the inner part of the track. And Tomasz was forgetting about that. That is how Kauko Nieminen scored his only point of the competition! I have to expect more from riders like Gollob, but - to be fair - only Grzegorz Walasek did not disappoint me in Vojens. I hope the guys improve in Leszno."
No pathetic nonsense about "his boys" not being able to compete in the horsepower stakes, just an honest and damning appraisal of his team's performance.

He does seem to be lacking somewhat on the motivational side of things doesn't he? I mentioned over on the BSF about bonding days, only to be told Team GB did actually go on a boatride in Poole harbour or something!!! LMFAO, if that's called bonding then, I'm a fekkin Dutchman. Bet he treated them to an ice cream each whilst on board.

well if i'm alone in what i think about it all then it's tough shit, it's my opinion and i think i've given some fairly valid points. sharron gave her valid points with a smilie Poole fans will be ganging up on me ... but why does it seem to mainly be Poole fans, can't work that out.
