Do Kings Lynn still stage the Pride of the East meeting? In their wisdom KL are staging the Pride of the East on Oct 13th. Somehow I think Gollob might well be elsewhere that night a date that will have been in his diary for some time.

Take these things with a pinch of salt.In fact it is one of the things that pisses me off with speedway.Over the past few years here we have had "Andreas Jonsson will be riding in the Bundesliga Final".Obviously never turned up and then the team said it was unfortunate as Antonio Lindbäck wanted to ride, but Andreas informed them too late he couldn't make it.Last year the same team announced Jagus in their line-up only for him not turn up.This year we have had Bridger and Kennett in a line-up even though Eastbourne were riding that night and it was certain Lewis wouldn't be there and pretty certain Kennett would be in for Nicki(GP night),which happened.Few weeks back we had the "We are negotiating with Sam Ermolenko...."only for nothing more to be said on the subject

Why are we taking any notice of what the SpinMeister says? He talks more bullshit then Horton and CVS put together! Glad to see Rob did the right thing and gave him his long overdue Flapperjack award this week! Good on ya! ;D

Where, of course, the Gollob brothers Jacek and Tomasz made the British debuts back in 1992 - Tomasz scored an impressive 9 points, I think, and King's Lynn were keen to sign him on, while Jacek scored 3 points, I think. And impressive he was to, a meeting I still have somewhere on good ol VHS somewhere I do believe
