OK, on riders I think the Kings Lynn rider is Richard Hellesen. Not sure about the others all but it obvious they ride for Leicester. Around 1979. ;D

The second pic...Going by the leathers and the 1979 team photo I have, it's Hellsen, Rassmussen or Gagen. i don't think it's Rassmussen as the letters on the arm are wrong. I don't think it's Gagen. Which leaves.....Hellsen, but I'm not totally convinced.

I thought Hellsen had that same pair of very pale yellowy leathers for years, does not look like his style either, think he was taller and thinner, Rassmussen was my other choice.

Rassmussen had the letters HAW at the bottom of the arm.

Hellesen also always wore a wee scarf. I have other pictures of him and I am sure it is him. Its not Russmussen or Gagen. I can assure you.

I have been informed the Dane is Gert Handberg from the most reliable source I know .... My Old Man who let Sub know his guess on Saturday night. So, that was who it was. I was going to post about Handberg and would've done if I'd had any idea who it was. Still, I know now and it was a pleasure to meet (very briefly) your father.

You mean the Dane in the WTC picture? I'm sure that isn't Handberg, just doesn't look like him to me, unless he wore different leathers from his normal league ones which were a yellow colour. I stand to be corrected of course, as normal

OK, maybe its too difficult that one so I thought we would have another. Its even older but you can see all the riders faces so come on Grachan, Sube and KevH. I want to know who all the riders are, why was they there and where and also when did it take place. I did not take this photo so respects to the copyright holder - as I frigging wished I did son. ;D So lets see a real go for this one.

Is that Ronnie Moore 2nd from the end of back row on the right, and Peter Craven 2nd on the left of front row. Looks like Jimmy Greaves on his right. Seen this photo before on bsf, ooooh shit better wash my mouth out. Internationale at ? in ?

Funny, they were the only two I recognised as well, although I was in two minds as to whether that was Ronnie or Briggo.

Yes, it is Ronnie Moore and Peter Craven. Not Jimmy Greaves though.
