I understand that Jon is on his way, but dont disagree with your sentiments, i do not see him as a 2nd string anymore, nor do I see either reserve raising their average enough to change positions with him during the season.
Kessler and Bergstromm do have good records around Mildenhall but neither has ridden there that often to know for sure how good they are. But saying that both could be decent 2nd strings.
But whoever we get they will need our support, agreed?

By David Crane, Cambridge Evening News ~ Saturday 12th January 2008 Australian international Craig Watson will decide over the next 48 hours whether to join Mildenhall who have made him their number one target. Is this the longest 48 hours in speedway history?

Must say the longer it drags on the less likely it looks that Wato will go to Mildenhall or Berwick.
Could Newport fans be in for a belated Xmas pressie?

Good signing. Haven't seen him ride before, but I've heard good things about him. 7 pt average?

20.85 left for the final 3 riders.
Craig Watson (8.21) Robbie Kessler (5.79)
leaves 6.85 for the final rider. Any ideas?

Watson looking less & less likely now, still guess what's bad news for mouldy fans is good news for the taffs.
