LEICESTER have moved to hand 2019 title-winner Ty Proctor a return to their team for next season.
Proctor stepped in for the Lions in a summer switch from Sheffield, taking the place of long-term injury victim Josh Bates and helped them to both league and Championship Shield success.
Manager Stewart Dickson said: “Ty is a bit of a lucky charm when it comes to winning league titles and trophies, and I’m delighted to have him back.
“He struggled a bit initially but once we worked out a way to get him going, both him and myself got it going - and I think next season he can get his average back over seven.
“I think a wee bit of stability won’t do him any harm, and he can push on again next season.”
