Playing devils advocate yet again lol Would the Chapmans be happy with 10 teams in the EL when they agreed to join a league that only had 8 teams (and were desperate as well). I'v eno idea of the answer but I think they need to be considered in all this. Don't see why they should be...they can bugger off back down again if that's their attitude. Surely they can see that a 10 team EL would be good for the sport..... It would indeed be good for the sport, however where would the money come from, that has been promised thrust at them to go up, if 2 of the 3 teams return ....surely the 3 x 70,000 fromIpswich, Peterboro and Coventry must be the carrot

Something I picked up on prior to the official announcement about Kings Lynn entering the Elite League, was one of the Chapmans saying that they may go EL if Coventry weren't in it !!! I'm sure there's a few more pages to turn in this book before we get to the end.

I'm sure there's a few more pages to turn in this book before we get to the end. A few pages? Probably a few chapters if not volumes ;D As yet I can't think of a single person that has come out of this so far with any credit, far less has the sport as a whole. Whilst privately I agree with the actions of one party or another, I can always see things from the other side. Sod being a Libran,......it's too bloody difficult ;D
