And so we move onto the shittest race of the year, the Singapore Grand Prix, who must pay Bernie a small fortune because the track is completely Mickey Mouse. We've already had quali and it's the 5 championship contenders who led the way: 1. The Spanish Flapperjack 2. Captain Crash (aka The Golden Boy) 3. Hammy Hamster 4. The Mighty Button 5. Crumpie's mate 6 onwards. No-one cares I'll be listening to the race on the radio on the way to Sheffield for the PLRC. I'm hoping that Captain Crash (aka The Golden Boy) wil crash into the back of the Spanish Flapperjack, allowing the Brit boys to come through for a 1-2. Funniest moment of quali yesterday was the Golden Boy moaning that the old German bloke is just too slow. Maybe it's time to fit a zimmer frame on the front of the old German bloke's Mercedes.

The BBC commentators said the drivers love it, and I must be honest, I think it's quirky and a bit different. I love the night racing, and I like all the right angles on this circuit. Loving the fact that it's going to go down to the wire for the championship. Would obviously prefer one of the Brits to win it overall, but not sure how much chance they have of a win today. I just hope the Spanish Flapperjack doesn't win it!

I just hope the Spanish Flapperjack doesn't win it! Bo**ocks When will Lewis Hamilton learn? He's getting more reckless with age. He's making moves that you expect rookies to make. Am I alone in thinking that he's missing the influence of his father???

Well, as expected, a crap race, a few incidents kept a bit of interest but otherwise no proper racing is possible. Hammy Hamster should have realised that overtaking isn't possible around this "Tonka Toy" track and stayed where he was. The sooner this "novelty race" gets scrapped the better. But with Bernie having money thrown at him, that's unlikely to happen.

Unfortunately "novelty races" seem to be on the increase. Looks likely that a road race around Rome is on the cards in the next year or 2. Hope they fill in the pot holes!!
