In the absence of any other nominations so far...leading the field is Sky Sports for omitting Ermolenko from their team and making sure the British Final could be heard as well as seen Long may it continue!

If by determined you mean out of control and dangerous most of the time then yes I agree I'm going to nominate Bomber for twice picking his arse of the deck (second time was an awful crash) to win his third British Title.

My nomination goes to Barry Briggs for his Sport Relief Ride, in which he is aiming to raise money for injured speedway riders.

Have to nominate Freddie Lindgren for his reactions in heat 20 tonight. Seconded! It actually looked like he deliberately spun the bike round so that he wouldn't clatter into either rider, rather than just risking laying the bike down. Fantastic reactions. Good news that it doesn't look like Holder's arm is broken. Hope he's fit enough for Cardiff.

OK decision time. Sky Sports, were on a winner then they get Ermolenko in the studio tonight...worthy of FOTW but not the Mutts Nuts Lindgren ...agreed fantastic reactions but he is a professional so did what was expected really. Ben Barker was really favourite after his nomination, full of determinastion, proud to ride for his country and great to watch (I don't agree he is any more out of control than a lot of others) but this week he is surpassed by a rider I loved to boo with gusto in his riding days ;D a true World Champion and deep respect for his efforts in raising funds for injured riders so hats off ( can remember him taking more than just his hat off lol) and three cheers to
BARRY BRIGGS
