COVENTRY Buildbase Bees are desperate to keep the positive vibe going when Swindon visit Brandon on Bank Holiday Monday (7.30pm).
Manager Alun Rossiter hailed the revitalised atmosphere in Friday's win over Eastbourne which lifted the Bees off the foot of the table, and everything seems set for a classic encounter against the Robins.
The two sides are level on points, so Bees can advance to sixth place with a win, and both will be confident with Swindon ending their own poor run with an emphatic victory over Belle Vue on Thursday.
Bees are set to welcome back Przemyslaw Pawlicki at reserve, and a very much in-form Josh Auty makes his first appearance for a month - whilst for the Robins, former Coventry man Simon Stead is in arguably the best form of his career, their previously under-fire team members scored well on Thursday, and reserve Thomas H Jonasson could be a major threat.
Rossiter is convinced the introduction of Polish superstar Krzysztof Kasprzak has been the catalyst for Bees' improvement, and it would be hard to argue with that given that he has only dropped two points in two meetings for the club.
Rossiter said: "I felt there was a totally different atmosphere on Friday, both in the pits and generally around the stadium. People were smiling again, and that's what we've been trying to do.
"There were some tough decisions to take recently, but Krzysztof has been awesome so far for us, and despite all that's been going on Lewis (Bridger) has been fine to deal with and he looked like he was enjoying his racing on Friday.
"I'd ask the supporters to turn out and create the same kind of atmosphere on Monday, and it's amazing how quickly things can turn around when you get on a good run."
Supporters are reminded that Monday's meeting starts at the earlier time of 7.30pm.
