After a three week break we head back to Europe, and Michael Schumacher has a new package on his car. More rain is expected at Barcelona, which could spice things up a little, but barring technical difficulties I expect the race to be between Red Bull and McLaren.
Race starts at 1pm on Sunday.

I'm quietly ignoring you. I know you can't take a lot from practise but the Schum is looking good in his new car. Could the tide be turning?

More like Schumacher's crap Despite having the car re-designed to his own personal specifications, he'll still a minute behind the leader. ;D The only thing the changes seem to have done is to ruin things for Mercedes No. 1 driver Rosberg. For the next race, I can see Brawn saying "Sod this" and going back to the old set-up, were Rosberg was a genuine contender. Schumacher is washed up whatever the car is like.

Well done Mark Webber. Alonso inherits second place after tyre problems for Hamilton & Vettel. Hamilton will be gutted, but that was quite a nasty impact and he escaped unhurt. The mighty Button still leads the world championship.

I'm happy. ;D Schumi, problem is it was a bit of a "Massa" drive, e.g. not a bad finishing position but with a great train of cars behind him but he wasn't that fast. Today Schumacher got a bit lucky with the traffic. But when it comes to putting in really fast times, he just hasn't got it anymore. Time for him to call if quits, before he completely stuffs up Rosberg's championship chances.

Today Schumacher got a bit lucky with the traffic. But when it comes to putting in really fast times, he just hasn't got it anymore. Time for him to call if quits, before he completely stuffs up Rosberg's championship chances. Well, not really a train. Button started 0.4 behind him when he emerged from his pitstop and ended up over 3 seconds down, and Massa couldn't even catch Button, let alone Schumacher. The thing that sets Schumacher out as one of the greats is that he can take an underperforming car and pinpoint what needs to be done to make it better - something he's proved this weekend. Although it's still not as good as they'd like, you can't deny they've made improvements - in fact, one of only three teams to make their updates work. If Rosberg can't handle it he needs to either revert back to the old car or give the team more input. Hope you're okay, genghis. Sensing a bit of tiredness in your posts. xx

Not sure about Mercedes' updates working - they went from finishing second (courtesy of Rosberg) in the previous race to finishing fourth yesterday (courtesy of Schumacher). If you ask me, that's going backwards.
