No Andersen, Karlsson, Hougaard or Kroner tonight, all stranded in Europe yet Coventry insist the meeting goes ahead.. How desperate for a win are they at Coventry? Mind you, I guess the odd person on this forum would like Belle Vue to run with the #8 and three Premier sub 6 pointers...

The problem with the flights has been known since yesterday morning - so plenty of time to drive across.

I think the Aces wanted it off as it would have been seen doing a dis-service to the paying punters but, as has been mentioned, the Bees wanted it on. With our 1-7 I think the Bees may have sneaked the win but with our 'select' team I think we'll win it now, though, of course, it'll be a hollow victory.

Once again genghis, you are talking out of your backside , if you listen to the news, all ferries etc are solidly booked for the next 2 days, and counting I should think....peoples safety comes first, and speedway is just a minescule thing very, very low in the pecking order. Common Sense has prevailed, and I suspect much more will be needed in the next week or so.
