The fight continues this weekend in Malaysia, and I'm hoping we'll get to see the race go the distance, unlike last year when it bucketed down and had to be abandoned. Weather forecasts aren't good, but fingers crossed. Alonso is the current championship leader, but will he still be annoyed by Ferrariās refusal to make Massa move out of his way in Australia? Lewis Hamilton has gone fastest in both practise sessions, but his comments after last weekend left a bit of bad feeling between both team and driver. Red Bull have the fastest car, but are still being plagued by mechanical problems, and can the Schum go quicker than Nico this weekend?

Congratulations to Mark Webber by taking pole by more than a second in heavy rain. Rosberg starts second, after giving team-mate Schumacher a lesson of how to race in the wet (Schumacher is 8th on the grid). The rain caught out both McLaren and Ferrari - all their drivers start from 17th or worse. Should be a good race. ;D

Are you tee-heeing at Alonso's or Hamilton's misfortune. Or both.

So finally the best drivers luck holds. Vettel certainly has the fastest overall package at the moment, although I imagine Red Bull's reliability problems could still come back to bite them at times during the season. Exciting stuff early on, as Hamilton carved through the field, but the rain didn't come and it the latter two-thirds of the race was a bit dull. I imgine Schumi is currently doing cartwheels to celebrate Alonso's misfortune. And nice guy Massa currently leads the championship. I wouldn't mind him staying there.

Rumour is Nico Rosberg nicked Schumacher's nut. Schumi, Rosberg doesn't need to - he can beat MS fair and square. In the championship, Rosberg is a serious contender whilst Schumacher is just an also-ran. ;D
