Can I please nominate Kim Jansson. He arrived on Friday for the abandoned Ipswich v Swindle meeting, with his customary twinkle in his eye, and large smile for all. His first port of call was to pit No 2 (his old pit) for a word with his old mechanic. He had all the time for us old fans, and you know what he is still the same old Kimmi ;D. He has made a very successful life for himself "after" speedway and is living life to the full. Bless him.

Come on everyone, we need a few more nominations to get things moving along nicely. I'd like to throw Artur Mroczka into the ring for his outstanding British debut scoring a paid 14 from 5 against Wolverhampton this afternoon!!!

I nominate Dawid Lampart who I think has had an excellent start to his elite league career. He has got to grips with Arlington very quckily and has easily exceed all expectations

For me it's both the Legends (in their own respective ways) the sport has just lost.
Paul Fry & Kelly Moran

So Kev, do we have a winner? Erm yes I suppose we'll have to......personally I don't think it's appropriate to give this to riders who have sadly passed away despite the fabulous entertainment both Kelly and Paul have given us over the years. So, after a very quiet period, the winner is Jason Doyle for his successful return to the sport after a year out injured.
