As I have said on the BSF, I think you should join the Samaritans ! There has been far far worse on the BSF (and on here....! ) Maybe. But you've been told (because I sent him a PM) that you are causing someone distress and then still carrying on regardless, that's not very nice. As for on here, well it's a bit different isn't it? There's no bullying on here, we're just all Weird. ;D There are some who wouldn't agree with you on that score, but I have no arguement.

If Glasgow are willing to sign Screen on a 12.71 or 12.00 average or whatever it is, then they should be allowed. Screen has been a loyal servant to British Speedway and does not deserve to be left out of the cold. And it neither the PL or Glasgow any favours at all if the Tigers go into 2010 with an understrength side. Common sense should prevail and the Screen move should be sanctioned.

Well of course if supporters want the 'average system, it's one of the many prices they'll have to pay.

I don't see the problem with a team signing a rider on more than a 12.00 average if they're prepared to take the hit. But as usual, rather than trying to look at things in some sort of perspective, you're just interesting in pathetic point scoring.

Bollocks, what you mean to say is because it involves Glasgow, and Paulco is a mate, you're up in arms. You have one rule for teams or riders you support, and another for those you dislike. I'm just consistant.

Nonsense, if Lee Richardson wanted to drop down on a 16.00 average and somebody wanted to used him, fair enough. But as he's likely to pull out of several meetings with the most flimsy of excuses or unwilling to travel anywhere (even Manchseter is too far, so I doubt if he'd consider one of the northern based PL teams), then I doubt there would be any takers. If Richardson really wants to ride in Britain, then he could have signed for Belle Vue. His choice. On the other hand, Screen has been a great servant to British Speedway (remember his selfless performance in Poland which helped Mark Loram become World Champion) and yet he we are pushing the poor bloke on the scrapheap, despite the fact that (unlike Richardson) he is willing to travel. Disgraceful. And the other day, I was acussed of being biased towards riders who have ridden for Oxford. Please point out when Joe Screen rode for Oxford

Got it in one However your and Hatcham's theory has one major flaw - Paulco isn't that bothered by the news that Glasgow have been stopped from signing Screen. But don't let the facts get in the way of your highly flawed argument.

Yet another stupid rule why on gods earth should you not be allowed to signed a rider over 12 points if you want to ?
No doubt if any team did this it woulld make the rest of there team very weak ? surely it should be up to the team in question ,after all it's there lookout .

I would suggest that Screen should be allowed to drop down on double his EL average and holds it for the whole season. Certainly would be in the best interests of the sport. Rico

I would like to nominate the twat of a mod who keeps on amending my sig on the BSF, saying it is 5 lines long, when it is blatantly only 4 lines long. Some people realy should get a life.

I'd like to nominate all the motoring flapperjacks who drive onto petrol station forecourts, and just because the available pumps are not the same side as their fuel tank, just sit there and wait. whilst they block the entrance or cause a jam. (i.e Morrisons, Ipswich) Most pump hoses are retractable, so it's not like it's going to scratch or damage anything!!! I did that showgroundspeedway.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=gd&action=display&thread=241 how funny
