Yep, bet you never thought you'd hear it, but I have to admit that I'm pleased to see rumoured signings starting to filter through. With the points limit already set for 2010 it seems we're already able to start team building, which puts us on a level with Sweden and Poland. Hopefully we'll be in a position of knowing what the teams will look like much earlier for next season, and there won't be too much tinkering with the rules at the AGM.

No they will leave the tinkering until the start of the season then continue through the season again I expect .

The italics are a dead giveaway - no one can really make too many team building decisions until the BSPA AGM is out of the way, so Britain will still be behind the Swedes and Poles,

Thanks...I wondered if they'd actually confirmed if this was the case for 2010. Seeing as they're more than happy to change rules mid-season, I've no faith they'll keep to a plan year on year.
