Wooooooo Jenson Button world champion ;D
So happy for him, he's had some tough seasons, so this is thoroughly deserved.

Congratulations Jenson Button - world champion. Echo that. Great race - would have liked to see Rubens win his home GP, but over the moon that Jenson took the title today. Gotta feel for Mark Webber tho - wins the GP and everyone is concentrating on Jenson! Hats off to Mark Webber for a major mention of speedway in the press conference - which is circulated worldwide.

Can only think someone is smiling very kindly on Button this season, given how he started 14th on the grid and managed to avoid all the carnage as he moved through the field... Decent drive from Hamilton as well, after starting near the back.

McLaren have been fined $50,000 for the fuel hose incident in yesterday's GP, and Kovalainen has been given a 25 second penalty, which means he drops from 9th to 12 in the race results.
Ferrari were given a drive-through penalty for their similar incident at Singapore, which will no doubt cause some discussion, but it must be remembered Ferrari didn't actually set anyone on fire.
Jarno Trulli and Adrian Sutil were both cleared of any wrongdoing following their crash, but Trulli has been fined $10,000 for his outburst at the side of the track.
