Moving on to Monza, where it's anticipated Ferrari will lose a fan (me) when they annouce Fernando Alonso. Could work out quite well for Renault, who are reportedly after Raikkonen, and I'm sure a deal can be done there.
The red cars are also expected to announce Santander as one of their main sponsors. The Spanish banking group will end a three year association with McLaren, in a move which mirrors Vodaphone defecting from Ferrari previously.
I suppose it's just a coincidence that Santander own Abbey - in my opinion, the bank with the worst reputuation - and that they also sponsor teams who associate with Alonso.
Anyway, Fisichella goes from his brilliant second place finish in the last race, to the team who beat him to the win, replacing the woeful Badoer at Ferrari. In turn, Liuzzi makes a return to F1, occupying the Italian's vacant race seat at Force India.
Meanwhile, Jenson Button's championship lead diminished after Spa, but he still has a 16 point cushion, so he'll be looking to avoid over enthusiastic Toro Rosso's on the first lap. He only has five races to go - can he do it?

Yes, I could join you, but life's much more interesting when I support someone you don't. ;D That's true. In which case, you'll have to support Alonso because I certainly won't be. EDIT: Hmmm, maybe you can persuade Sube to become an Alonso fan. Have you got a red Ferrari jacket he could borrow? ;D ;D

Fisi looks to have jeopardised his career. He's not going to get a race seat at Ferrari next year, and these Force India cars have found something special from out of the blue. It may be Fisichella's dream to drive for Ferrari, but it could cost him dearly.

Schumi, you can join me as a Williams, Brawn and Force India fan if you like. Our beloved First Lady is clearly going to switch to the mighty McLarens - it's the only logical choice. By the way, it looks like BMW are going to morph into being the German kings of comedy before bowing out of the sport at the end of the season.

Tee hee, Mr Hamilton, tee hee. Barrichello wins ahead of Button, and Hamilton crashed out on the final lap, gifting 3rd to Raikkonen.

Touché, honey. But the real comedy moment was when Sutil skidded into his pit box, hitting one of his mechanics, who, using the car to steady himself, snapped off the Force India's wing mirror.

Schumi, at least Hamilton races to the flag, F1 could do with a few more like him. Great result for the mighty Brawn and Force India teams today. ;D The mighty Button is back. Also, great to see Barichello and Button so happy as team-mates. I expect a good, clean, honest battle for the championship.
